How It Works

Vacuum sealing removes air to slow oxidation and extend freshness.

1. Place food inside and close the lid securely.
2. Connect the hose to the canister valve.
3. Start vacuum mode on your VS8002S / VS8003S.
4. Disconnect hose once complete.

Marinating

Vacuum pressure helps marinades penetrate food faster for richer flavor.

1. Add food & marinade.
2. Vacuum seal for 1 minute.
3. Release pressure.
4. Repeat 3–5 times for best results.
